Dear Investor,

SVAI Investments, Inc has procured a lucrative oil investment contract with a Venezuelan Oil Contractor for potential investors.

This proposal outlines our recommendations for investment strategies and account management of a Venezuelan Oil Contract with a long-standing supply arrangement. The objectives, outlined in this document, have been established in accordance with US, Venezuelan, UK and International regulations.

Specifically, this investment:

1. Sets forth an investment structure detailing the expected initial allocation among asset classes.
   
   
2. Creates the framework for a well-diversified asset mix that we believe will produce long-term returns in accordance with your level of risk.
   
   
3. Your role is to assess your objectives, goals, and desired risk level, and suitablity in regards to this investment.
   
   
4. SVAI will facilitate and manage the transactions between the Venezuelan Government and Oil Company to deliver USD $72 Million dollars in oil to our British UK Oil Associate.
   
   
5. SVAi will provide oversight to the entire process, discuss with you regularly, and work closely with SVAI to monitor and conduct this operation.
   
   
6. SVAI has conducted diligent research and currently has contracted with both the Venezuelan Government and the British Petroleum Oil company to ensure a smooth operation using Best investment Practices, philosophy and methodology to achieve out goals.
   
   
7. We wish to work collaboratively to have you invest USD $250,000 which will allow SVAI to purchase an oil contractors license in Venezuela. In Return we will remunerate our investors with a 100% profit margin, paying USD $500,000 to our investor(s) for a USD $250,000 investment.
