Great thinkers all over the world recognize that it's vitally important that entrepreneurs be mentors and nurtured, because it's how America and other Nations have fostered prosperity.
Under the Obama and Trump Administration, the US has greatly prospered and The US is currently in a state of unprecedented growth and low unemployment. This partly due to the fact that the US fosters entrepreneurhip to a degree not seen on other countries.

Being an Entrepreneur isn't that difficult, but it does require drive, determination and tenacity.
As previously mentioned, making a "Living-Wage" is important, but becoming an entrepreneur can provide many benefits above and beyond making a "Living-Wage". This includes freedom, independence and even providing others with a "Living-Wage" if your business has employees.

A new report from the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM), sponsored by Babson College and Baruch College, finds that 27 million working-age Americans--nearly 14 percent--are starting or running new businesses. That's a record high for this study, now in its 16th year. And it's an impressive showing for a developed economy, where finding work with an employer is easier and capturing market share harder than in less-developed nations.
Furthermore, a growing number of people consider entrepreneurship an attractive career option. Fifty-one percent of the working population believes there exist good opportunities for starting businesses, the first time that figure has risen above half. Better yet, 80 percent of those who plan to start businesses in the next three years are doing something about it, such as leasing space or registering their companies.

Being an Entrepreneur is not solely the domain of males in the World. Women too are taking their own destinies in their hands and providing leadership roles.

Women are Just As Successful As Men
More than 11.6 million US firms are owned by women, employing nearly 9 million people, and generating $1.7 trillion in sales as of 2017. Women-owned firms (51% or more) account for 39% of all privately held firms and contribute 8% of employment and 4.2% of revenues.
5.4 million firms are majority-owned by women of color in the U.S. These firms employ 2.1 million people and generate $361 billion in revenues annually.
One in five firms with revenue of $1 million or more is woman-owned. 4.2% of all women-owned firms have revenues of 1 million or more.
